These terms govern your use of Aura, including your account, the 7-day free trial, your subscription and the important wellness disclaimer. Please read them carefully.

Important wellness and medical disclaimer. Aura is a wellness, relaxation and self-improvement service. It is NOT medical or psychological advice and is NOT a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care. It is not for use in a crisis or emergency. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AURA HEALTHTECH SOLUTIONS LLC ("Aura", "we", "us" or "our") and govern your access to and use of the Aura service. By creating an account, starting your free trial or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Aura.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Aura. By using the service you represent that you are at least 18 and that you are the cardholder of the payment card used to start your subscription, or that you have the cardholder's permission to use it. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all laws that apply to you.

3. Description of the service

Aura is an emotional-wellness and guided-meditation service that runs in your browser on any device. It offers guided meditation, sleep meditation, mindful breathing, mindfulness practices for anxiety, personalized weekly routines, daily recommendations and emotional tracking. Aura also includes Zeni, an AI wellness companion that provides real-time, general guidance on stress, anxiety, rest and mindfulness. Zeni offers automated, informational support only and does not provide professional, medical or psychological advice. We may add, change or remove features to improve the service.

4. Your account and security

To use Aura you create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials confidential and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly at contact@theauravibe-us.com if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.

5. Subscription and payment terms

Aura is offered as a subscription with a 7-day free trial. The key terms are:

  • Free trial: Your first 7 days are free. To start the trial you verify your account with a valid payment card.
  • Automatic renewal: After the 7-day free trial ends, your subscription automatically renews on a recurring basis at $39.99 per month until you cancel. By starting the trial you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your card the applicable recurring amount at the start of each billing period.
  • Payment processing: Payments are handled by a third-party, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
  • Price changes: If we change the subscription price, we will give you advance notice, and any change will apply to your next billing period.
  • Taxes: Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout or on your invoice.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime. Aura is commitment-free.

  • How to cancel: You can cancel from your account settings or by emailing contact@theauravibe-us.com. See our Subscription, billing & cancellation page for step-by-step instructions.
  • Cancelling during the free trial: If you cancel before the 7-day free trial ends, you will not be charged the recurring fee, and your access will continue until the end of the trial period.
  • Cancelling a paid subscription: When you cancel, we stop future renewals. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
  • Refunds: Except where required by applicable law, recurring charges are generally non-refundable for periods that have already begun. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use Aura only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • share your account, or resell or redistribute the service;
  • copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the service;
  • interfere with or disrupt the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it;
  • use the service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or infringing; or
  • misuse Zeni, including attempting to rely on it for professional, medical, legal or emergency purposes.

8. Intellectual property

All content and materials in Aura, including meditations, audio, text, graphics, the Zeni companion, software, logos and trademarks, are owned by AURA HEALTHTECH SOLUTIONS LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the service for your own personal wellness. You may not use our content or branding except as expressly permitted.

9. Wellness and medical disclaimer

Aura is a wellness service, not a healthcare provider. Aura, including Zeni, provides relaxation, mindfulness and self-improvement content for general informational purposes. It is NOT medical or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is NOT a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read or hear on Aura. Aura is not for use in a crisis or emergency; if you are in crisis or experiencing an emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will produce any particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AURA HEALTHTECH SOLUTIONS LLC and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Aura after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
